Mr. Bucciarelli has three decades of experience in building maintenance and management both within a multi-tenant office building and within a hospital system. He has been with CHASS since 2016 and is responsible for oversight of maintenance and upkeep of the Southwest Center. In that role he supervises security, housekeeping and grounds keeping contractors, and works with contractors from all building trades – electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Mr. Bucciarelli is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all required inspections, licenses and certifications.
