With a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy, Idamis brings a solid foundation to her role. Beginning as a pharmacy cashier at CHASS Center, Idamis has advanced through various positions, including population health coordinator and data analytics coordinator, accumulating over 6 years of experience. This journey has enriched her understanding of healthcare, empowering her to enhance patient care and organizational efficiency.  In her current capacity, Idamis is committed to utilizing data to drive strategic decision-making, spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, and monitor outcomes to uphold the highest standards of care for the underserved community of Southwest Detroit.
