Mrs. Hernandez has more than 26 years of experience working in the social work field. Since April 2010, Dolores Hernandez, has served as the Program Manager, for the LA VIDA Partnership. The LA VIDA Partnership is a community program of CHASS Center that provides culturally and linguistically appropriate domestic violence and sexual assault intervention and prevention programs and services targeted to Latino/a youth and families in Southwest Detroit and Southeast Michigan.  In 2000, Mrs. Hernandez began her work in LA VIDA Partnership as Family Support Coordinator providing short term direct services, court advocacy, translations and training of agency-based service providers. Mrs. Hernandez began her career at CHASS Center in 1994, as a Medical Social Worker. Mrs. Hernandez is bilingual and bicultural.
