Kristin Bailey

Kristin Bailey is a recognized value-based healthcare professional who focuses her energy and ingenuity towards the greater good.  Kristin’s career achievements reflect her ability to transform ideas and concepts into actionable solutions that lead to transformational change and innovative growth opportunities.  Her career launched when she began work at Ford Motor Company.  After spending time in Ford's Americas Quality organization on a consumer experience program, she later moved to the launch of the 6-Sigma program.  Later she was recruited to join Ford's newly created Healthcare Purchasing group to self-fund the first national managed care programs. She was also selected as the Purchasing lead for the first U.S. auto migration of 65,000 salaried retirees from employer group-sponsored coverage into the Medicare Private Exchange insurance market. She has spent the last several years at a national Catholic faith-based IDN implementing several noteworthy Supply Chain sourcing projects, and creating a number of strategic partnerships focused on Transforming Operations aligned with the principles of the Triple Aim.

Kristin completed her undergraduate work at Madonna University in Long Term Care Administration, with an emphasis in gerontology-specific training, later obtaining her MBA.  She’s remained an active volunteer at two local veterinary hospitals helping animals. "I have two great loves in life; senior citizens and animals! Both offer immeasurable wisdom and lessons in living a full life."
