Carmensita Buentello is a Social Worker, Community Advocate and Certified Interpreter with extensive experience working with underserved populations. For 20 years Ms. Buentello has been an advocate for families in Southwest Detroit and has partnered with multiple of the local social services agencies to provide support to community residents. In addition to being a mother of four children, Ms. Buentello is also the published author of Women Of Southwest Detroit, a book on poetry and prose.
